JUSTIN SPROUL

Justin is an experienced cricket coach and high-level player with extensive experience across South Africa, Australia, and the UK. He has competed in premier and elite club competitions, including the Western Province Cricket Association Premier League, the Cape Premier League, and the ACT Premier League in Australia.

His playing career includes representing Claremont Cricket Club and University of Cape Town Cricket Club, as well as the West Coast Outlaws. In Australia, he played for Australian National University Cricket Club, before gaining further experience in the UK as an overseas international for Hall Bower Cricket Club, Berkhamsted Cricket Club, Highgate Cricket Club, and Old Camdenians Cricket Club.

Alongside his playing career, Justin has built a strong coaching background in schools and academies. He has worked as a batting specialist at Canberra Grammar School, delivering age-group cricket coaching, and as the lead age-group cricket coach at Sweet Valley Primary School in South Africa. He has also coached at the All-Rounder Cricket Academy as a technical coach, focusing on skill development and strong technical foundations.

His coaching approach prioritises clear communication, sound technique, and creating an environment where players can develop confidence, game awareness, and a genuine enjoyment of cricket.
